Therefore, in almost large cities and urban areas, demand for home maids has trend to increase rapidly in both quantity and quality. Maid service can be divided in to several categories: hourly, part time or fulltime basic, either from home or from a commercial location. Seeing the potential of this service in market, I have been always seeking for chances to get a more understanding of the maid service in theory as well as in reality, from which I could draw some lessons for my future development. To back up this purpose, I choose to work in HMC House Cleaning Services Development JSC– JupViec.vn, which is one of the largest and most trustworthy companies in this area in Hanoi where I can have a plenty of chances to exposure to this new field from several aspects. So, through the midterm internship period in order to improve the knowledge, compare between theories and practice in business operation, through the time working in Business department and Human resource department in JupViec.vn with the help of employees in these departments who have provided me with generous support and specially the help of Mr. Phan Hong Minh, who has given me a lot of consultation and instruction during my internship, I would like to bring the current situation of JupViec.vn as well as my work in there during the internship period.
