Cá nhân mình thấy nên làm phần này trước rồi mới làm 35 câu trên sẽ đỡ bị rối vào phút cuối hơn Ngoài ra, đoạn văn điền từ như vầy, ngoài đọc hiểu, còn phải biết đoán ý tác giả, rất khó trong lựa chọn đáp án, khi mà các lựa chọn đều đúng về mặt ngữ pháp, chỉ trái ngược nhau về nghĩa, buộc phải đọc gần hết toàn bài để đoán ý tác giả chỗ này tăng hay giảm để chọn cho thích hợp T_T Thi ra chỉ nghe 1 câu ai cũng nói : "Đề anh văn khó quá!" The data, produced by the broker Mortgage Advice Bureau and search tool provider Twenty7Tec, will cause concern __(59)__ housing policymakers who have warned of intensifying competition __(60)__ first-time buyers and buy-to-let landlords for affordable properties. The buy-to-let __(61)__ has been growing rapidly: gross mortgage lending for buy-to-let has __(62)__ from £16.4bn in 2012 to £27.4bn in 2014 and is forecast to reach £31bn in 2015. The researchers found the proportion of searches for mortgages on homes worth less than £150,000 in the three months to September 2015 rose to 35 per cent from 21 per cent in the same period last __(63)__. Conversely, the proportion of potential buyers __(64)__ properties worth between £250,000 and £499,999 has fallen from 44 per cent to 24 per cent over the period. Brian Murphy, head of lending at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said the broker had seen a __(65)__ in buy-to-let landlords looking for mortgages on lower-priced properties. ―As rental demand remains strong nationwide, opting for a __(66)__ property can result in more attractive yields. It appears many landlords are looking to invest in areas outside the south of England, __(67)__ property prices won’t hold them back from making a profit.‖ Some landlords are also taking advantage of low mortgage rates and rising values on their __(68)__ properties to take equity out of their portfolio and using it as a deposit for further additions. A landlord buying a home for £150,000 three years ago might typically have borrowed at a loan-to-value __(69)__ of 75 per cent. With average annual house price __(70)__ of 5 to 9 per cent in recent years, they could have seen a 25 per cent __(71)__ in value, reducing the effective loan-to-value of their mortgage to about 50 per cent or less.
