2.1.3 Pup Camps Out CHARACTER AND SETTING MONITOR AND FIX UP SUMMARY In this story, a puppy goes with his STRATEGY SUPPORT: MONITOR AND FIX UP mother and father on his first camping trip. It extends the lesson concept of what we can discover by exploring nature. BUILD BACKGROUND Ask children to share what Remind children that good readers know that what they read must make sense.
